SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through the Earth Power Nutrition Ltd online store.

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

During particularly busy periods, promotions or circumstances outside our control, processing may take slightly longer.

UK DELIVERY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where free delivery is offered, this will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, UK orders will normally arrive within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery service used and destination.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Weekends and UK bank holidays may affect delivery times.

SHIPPING COSTS

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is taken.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us so that we can investigate.

LOST PARCELS

If you believe your parcel has been lost during delivery, please contact us at:

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant postal or courier service.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights and our policies.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please provide your order number and photographs showing the condition of the parcel and affected products.

This helps us investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or because delivery could not be completed, the parcel may be returned to us.

If this happens, please contact us so that we can discuss redelivery or any available refund.

Additional delivery charges may apply where redelivery is required because incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently primarily serve customers within the United Kingdom.

If international delivery becomes available, the available destinations, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Customers placing international orders may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.
