Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Earth Power Nutrition.

You have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it. To request a cancellation or return, please contact us at info@earthpowernutrition.co.uk.

For health, hygiene and food-safety reasons, products that have been opened or had their protective packaging or seal broken cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Items being returned following a change of mind should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
